My Art Thriller Is Finally Here

Something strange happened two months ago. I woke up with scattered sketches around my desk and zero memory of drawing them. That feeling became the seed for “Blank Spots.”

Now it’s real. Available on Everand, Indigo, and across European platforms. An artist wakes up on a night train with amnesia, carrying only a sketchbook filled with cryptic drawings. Each train car becomes a memory chamber.

Writing this felt like solving my own mystery. The MC moves through Europe while I moved through my own fragmented inspiration. Those 3am sessions at Abbey College finally make sense.

The graphic narrative elements were risky. My publisher Book Estuary Press kept asking if it’s a novel or a graphic novel. It’s both. It’s neither. Memory doesn’t follow genre rules.

The protagonist’s journey through European train carriages mirrors how creativity works for me. Fragments. Flashes. Sometimes you need to lose yourself to find the story.

This book taught me that amnesia isn’t about forgetting. It’s about rebuilding identity from scattered pieces. Every reader will reconstruct this story differently.
